The City of West Des Moines makes the following services available online. You can also find most of these links in the eGovernment quick links tab at the top of the webpage.
Online Service Desk- As a citizen, this is your best method of submitting a question, complaint, issue, or comment regarding most issues to the City. The Service Desk will automatically forward your issue to the appropriate staff member, and from that point on the progress of your issue will be tracked electronically. You will receive updates to your service desk case via email.
Online Forms- View the forms available for online submission via the website here. For all other documents, view the Document Archive.
Online Police Services- The Police Department has several services available online including online crime reporting, online requests for incident reports and crash reports, online traffic complaints, and more. Their CrimeView site allows visitors to view crime statistics for the area through maps.
City Council Meeting Video- View video recordings of past Council Meetings online.
Publications and Reports - View important publications and reports produced by or about the City of West Des Moines.
How Can I Help or Donate?- View information on volunteer opportunities in the City and online donations to Human Services and the WDM Library.
Recreation Program Registration- WDM Parks and Recreation offers online registration for recreation programs.
Start, Stop or Transfer Municipal Services - Start or discontinue water, sewer, or solid waste service through WDM Water Works.

Online Development Center - The Online Development Center is a compilation of information relating to land development in West Des Moines. The Center provides information that is relevant to the development review process in one easy-to-use location.
