Description: This is a reconstruction project that will provide public improvements north of the intersection of Grand Avenue and Fuller Road to approximately Delavan Drive.
Project Status: The road is open to through traffic.
Final restoration and punch list items will be completed in the Spring of 2010.

Description: This is a reconstruction project that will provide public improvements south of the intersection of Grand Avenue/Fuller Road to Raccoon River Park entrance.
Project Status: The project will start in the Spring of 2010 as weather permits.

2009 PCC Patching Program - Phase I

Description: This is a maintenance project that will replace 6,270 square yards of paving at various locations.
Project Status: The contractor has suspended work due to winter weather. The contractor is approximately 98% complete with the project.

2009 PCC Patching Program - Phase II

Description: This is a maintenance project that will replace 5,808 square yards of paving at various locations.
Project Status: The remaining subdrain work along 52nd Place will be delayed until spring as well as all other clean up and restoration. The contractor is approximately 95% complete with the project.
Southwest Connector Tree Clearing Project

Est. Cost: $65,075.00
Contractor: TK Concrete
Description: This is a tree clearing project for the Southwest Connector road construction project that will start in the spring of 2010.
Project Status: The contractor has started removing trees within the project.
