CITY OF WEST DES MOINES
The City of West Des Moines, Iowa is soliciting proposals to identify and select a qualified vendor for replacement siren warning system and related maintenance and support services. Sealed proposals will be received by the City of West Des Moines on or before 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, January 17, 2018.
BID ITEM: Vendor for Siren Warning System
Proposers shall submit one original and three (3) hard copies of their proposal in a sealed envelope, plainly marked "RFP for Siren Warning System” and be delivered to:

Written requests for clarification or additional information regarding this RFP must be made to the City’s Enterprise Applications Manager, Darrel Greifzu at email@example.com no later than 5:00 p.m. on December 22, 2017. Written responses to requests for clarification will be provided to potential/known vendors no later than 5:00 p.m., December 29, 2017.
The City reserves the right to reject any submittal that does not comply with all the submittal requirements.
