Yoga on the Lawn
Join us for a Sunday Morning Stretch!!
Join us each week for a FREE Sunday morning yoga class provided by volunteer yoga instructors from throughout the area. The class will be held on the north lawn of the West Des Moines City Hall building next to the pond.
This program is perfect for those beginners that are wanting to give yoga a try! Just remember to bring your own mat. Experienced students are welcome join us as well for this unique yoga experience.
The program will be held regardless of weather, unless severe weather advisories are in the area. For more information please call 222-3448.
